Reiki for Mental Health

If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, or general stress, Reiki sessions can provide gentle, effective, and drug-free support to psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment by releasing blocks, overcoming plateaus, and improving emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Reiki has no side effects, and safely complements any mainstream or alternative medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Ideally, sessions take place in tandem with therapy; if additional support is needed in high-stress times, daily Reiki Recharge can be added for one or more weeks.
